What happens to your photo

Your selfie is resized on your own device, then sent securely to our AI image provider (fal.ai, running the FLUX Kontext model) for the sole purpose of creating your preview. The preview is sent straight back to your browser.

By default, 360 Fitness does not save your photo or your preview. If you choose "Save it to this device", the image is saved only to your own phone or computer.

If you tap "Text & Email Me My Before and After", we store that one before and after image so we can send it to you by text and email. It is kept at a private, unlisted web address that only you receive, and it is automatically deleted after 30 days.

What we do keep

The details you enter (name, email, phone, closest studio and goal) are added to our client management system so a coach can follow up about your goals. You can ask us to stop contacting you or delete your information at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting your studio.

About the preview

The preview is an AI-generated visualization meant to help you picture what's possible. It is not a medical assessment, a prediction or a guarantee. Real results depend on your starting point, consistency, nutrition, sleep, health and other factors.

Cookies and ads

This page uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and sign-ups from our ads, which can set cookies in your browser. Your photo and your preview are never sent to Meta.
